The Otay Mesa Chamber of Commerce is the premier San Diego business organization providing its members with business resources and access to local and global markets.

Poised by the economic impacts developed by the creation of the Otay Mesa Port of Entry in 1985, the Chamber was founded in 1987 under the leadership of a group of visionaries who wanted to have their interests represented.

Otay Mesa is a strategic region in South County San Diego along the international border with Mexico.
