In 1999, after successfully launching and managing a series of freight companies, including building a U.S. logistics company with over $100 million in revenue..., Mr. Del Riego transitioned into the software business founding Athena Information Systems. After the sale of Athena, he headed Active Freight as President growing the company seven-fold prior to joining PayCargo as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in June 2013.

Juan C. Dieppa

Civil Servant within the Federal Government. Michael is responsible for revenue generating opportunities for PayCargo within the Federal, State, and Local Government organizations. Prior to joining PayCargo, he served as the Director of Resource Planning, Programming, Budget, and Procurement at the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM – Doral, Florida), one of 11 Combatant Commands (CCMDs) assigned to the Department of Defense. Michael managed the Command’s $1.2 Billion annual budget and developed / executed their acquisition and procurement strategy for the delivery of goods and services throughout Central and South America & the Caribbean. Michael was instrumental in leading Congressional engagements to acquire resources (budget) required to achieve Command organizational goals and objectives. Michael retired from the Army in 2014 as a Colonel of Intelligence after having served as a Battalion Commander for the 101st Military Intelligence Battalion and the 1st Infantry Division (Big Red One).

Javier Gallego

In April 2002, he held the position of Country Manager Spain & Portugal and was then promoted to Managing Director Operations Europe in December 2005, with the main goal of consolidating IATA European operations in a single regional center based in Madrid. In July 2010, he was appointed Global Managing Director Operations, based in Geneva (Switzerland), leading, and transforming the Settlement and Clearing Systems of the company. He left IATA in May 2015 to explore other professional paths and at present he works as strategic consultant and board advisor, providing personalized business consulting and overhauled services to strengthen client success and developing initiatives for leading companies in the travelech and fintech business niches.
