Allround Logistics Inc. was founded by Roland Meier and Margoth T. Starr in 2007. Having worked together for nearly ten years in international forwarding, they decided to combine their expertise and create a company focused on specialized transportation as well as air and ocean freight.
Roland Meier received a degree in transportation in his home country, Switzerland, and has since successfully managed and grown multi-national shipping companies in the United States.
Having worked in the field for over 25 years, he brings with him experience in general cargo, marketing and project transportation with a special emphasis on quality management. He is based in New York City.
Margoth T. Starr brings over 30 years experience in transportation management, general cargo and defense logistics. She has coordinated military sales programs for several foreign governments on behalf of the U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force. She is based in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2008 Allround Logistics, Inc. Savannah, Georgia was established. Under the management of Jody Chick, the office is focusing on ocean import & export with special emphasis in the movement of oversized construction, agricultural and earth moving machinery.
