Asset Based Intermodal, Inc. was started in 1993 to service customers on the 3PL side. We are a family-owned and operated business. During that time, we saw the need for a reliable intermodal drayage company in the Dallas/Fort Worth region. We decided to start small with only five trucks and have grown to over 50 power units and an office in Laredo, Texas.
We currently service a four-state region out of the Dallas/Fort Worth area, which includes both Union Pacific ramps (UP), the Kansas City Southern (KCS), and the Burlington Nothern Santa Fe ramp (BNSF).
