CLT Air Freight Carrier got its start in 1996 with a single vision to operate a cost-effective LTL, FTL trucking and warehouse company in the Carolinas. In 2001 we had the good fortune to build our own building that allowed our expansion.
Today, we have two locations, (Charlotte/Raleigh-Durham, NC) with over 105,000 square feet of warehouse space and over 85 employees strong to service our customers!
We are TSA and IAC Certified. We are Hazmat Certified Warehouse and a US Custom & Border Protection Container Freight Station and C-TPAT compliant. All of our CLT employees are TSA certified and many of our drivers are Hazmat Certified as well.
We also offer door-to-door exclusive use services with all freight solutions through our sister company, CLT Freight Brokers. Our brokerage can deliver your freight coast-to-coast and Canada.
CLT Air Freight Carrier advantages
Our full service warehouse services include long and short-term warehouse storage, airline equipment break-down/build up, ocean container loading and off-loading, segregation, re-palletizing and custom crating services.
We offer a nightly line-haul service to and from Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham and Atlanta with multiple trucks each evening. Through our solid agent partner network, we ship nightly throughout the entire Southeast.
Our high standard of customer service and dedication to excellence for each customer is our on-going commitment. CLT Air Freight has two facilities, Charlotte and Durham, NC. Our fleet of trucks consists of 53 foot tractor trailers, 26 foot lift-gate straight trucks and cargo vans.
