COSCO SHIPPING Lines is a fully-owned subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as COSCO SHIPPING Holdings)，registered in Hongkou District (Shanghai) with a registered capital of 23.664 billion Yuan.
Company is mainly engaged in domestic and international maritime container transport services and related businesses, as the group’s core business sector.
After integration, CSL has expanded the business scale, consolidated the position in the industry.
Meanwhile, the service network has also been further improved. It established 9 domestic branches in China, and 9 overseas branches in Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, West Asia, South America, Australia, Japan, Korea and Africa.
Accordingly, over 400 marketing offices have covered the whole global shipping market.
By the end of June 2022, the Company owned and operated 405 container vessels with a total capacity of 2.2 million TEUs (COSCO SHIPPING Holdings owned and operated 512 container vessels with a total capacity of 3.0 million TEUs, ranking the 4th place in the world in terms of shipping capacity).
Cosco Shipping Lines operates 403 international and domestic shipping routes, consisting of 263 international cargo services (including international feeder services), 56 domestic services, 84 Yangtze River and Pearl River shipping services, having anchors in 569 ports covering 142 countries and regions worldwide.
