GLOVIS Canada Inc.(GCI) began its history in August 2009. With successful experience in the United States, GCI is established to provide Hyundai Glovis’ expertise in logistics and synergy in operations to its Canadian counterparts- Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. and KIA Canada Inc.
Currently, GCI’s main operations are Port Processing, Rail Transportation, and Truck Transportation. GCI processes and transports all vehicles from two plants in the US -Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama LLC (HMMA) and Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia (KMMG), and Korea produced vehicles coming through Canadian Western Port in Vancouver to all the dealerships in the country.
Glovis Canada Inc. will continue providing the best logistics and distribution solutions to its customers. GCI is seeking future growth by diversifying its scope of service and customer base, including the 3PL business. GCI’s main office is in the Greater Toronto Area (Mississauga), and the port office is in Vancouver.
