Joe Monaghan
President and CEO
Joe Monaghan has over 35 years of experience in logistics and is the founder of the Worldwide Logistics Group of Companies. Before forming NTDS, Mr. Monaghan was Executive Director of International for Fritz Companies, Inc., where he was employed for 10 years. In this role, he was responsible for managing all Fritz, non USA locations. This included management of over 1000 employees in over 25 countries. During his career, Mr. Monaghan has held executive positions with Fritz, Geo Logistics and OOCL before establishing his own company, Worldwide Logistics, in 1998.
John Rapczak
General Manager
John Rapczak joined the Worldwide Logistics Group of Companies in January of 2012 as a logistics freight broker. John’s tenure with NTDS involved all aspects of the business including business development, carrier compliance, and strategic direction. John has been instrumental in the improvement of operational procedures, and the development of new and existing business. Prior to joining NTDS, John was raised in a trucking family and was enthralled with the logistics industry. In 2010, John opened a freight brokerage division to expand his family’s business before moving on to a career at Worldwide Logistics.
