In 1989, Henry Castelino and his son Roy founded Orbit Brokers and Forwarders Inc. with the intention of creating a family-run Canadian customs clearance company for individuals wanting to import goods into the country. For almost 30 years, Orbit Brokers and Forwarders Inc., now operating as Orbit Brokers, has grown to become a customs brokerage for thousands of individuals looking for national customs clearance experts.
In 2004, after spending many summers being the “go-to” around the office, Roy’s son Clayton joined the Orbit Brokers staff full-time. Clayton challenged and successfully completed the Professional Examination under the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations in 2008 and, following Roy’s retirement in 2010, took over as President of the company.
