RTW Logistics was registered as a freight forwarder with the state of California, USA since December of 2016. The required FMC license to operate as a Freight Forwarder and NVOCC was also obtained around the same time. Much of the focus during the initial period 2016 to 2017 were on developing the India to USA trade lane. In addition to the development of the India to USA trade lane, other major lanes such as China, South East Asia, South America and Europe were added to the service mix. RTW’s goal has always been to provide a diversified service to our customers and becoming a true 3PL provider by year 2020.
In a span of two years, the US Customs and Border protection broker license was obtained, employing a licensed broker with years of experience in the field to head a team of professionals. RTW has grown in customer support of this division resulting in customer satisfaction and continued additional support. The overall revenue results year over year has been astounding. In a span of 4 years, RTW Logistics has experienced constant growth in revenue year over year, almost four-fold since inception.
One main objective for 2020 for RTW was to operate its own warehouses. This was fully realized when the first warehouse went into operation on October 1, 2020 located at Stockton CA, with the full backing and support of existing customers. Our second warehouse will go into operation on November 1, 2020 to be located at Seattle WA.
From 2016 to 2020, RTW has grown to become a full 3PL provider, all due to the support of our customers. Dreams continue to be big at RTW.
