• Yes. Anyone can use a Ship & Pay to make a payment to a vendor, even if you currently have an active PayCargo account.
• Please keep in mind, the Ship & Pay option only allows for a credit card payment to be made. You cannot use an ACH, and a 3.8% Credit Card processing Fee will also be applied along with the transaction fee.

Please note, that if you decide to deactivate your PayCargo account and would like to re-activate in the future, there will be a $100 Re-activation Fee.

• Payment of the annual fee will provide the user with access to the Platform for the term of a calendar year starting January 1 to December 31 of that year.
• PayCargo’s annual fee for active accounts is invoiced in one or two installments every calendar year.
• Each user of an account will be charged an annual fee of $350 via the ACH that is registered with your account.
• We will send all account holders a 30 day written notice via email prior to charging your account the annual fee.
